Delivery

Elora sells digital services only: Elora+ and match unlocks. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get it

Elora+ and unlocks start on your Elora account as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a minute. You'll see them when you're signed in, on any device.

If it doesn't arrive

If you've paid and don't see it within 24 hours, write to hello@elora.social with the payment ID from your receipt and we'll sort it out, or refund you (see refunds).
